Our Estates
At Altieri Specialty Coffee, we cultivate two estates:
Pipim Estate, located in Alto Lino, Boquete: This is where plots of Caturra and Catuai varieties are grown, and it serves as our operations center.
Mima Estate, located in Alto Quiel, Boquete: Here, we grow plots of varieties including: Typica, Catuai, Bourbon, and Geisha.
Each production plot is identified by referencing the nickname of each of the grandchildren of our Founder,Eugene Altieri. The traceability and origin of every harvested bean is vital to offer you the best experience in every cup.
